Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment. Please note that refunds or exchanges are only processed in cases of damage or defect. We require clear photographic evidence of the damaged product(s), which must be emailed to director@cimilubeauty.site.
If you discover a missing or damaged item, we urge you to contact us immediately by calling +1 970 964 9004. We are committed to dispatching a replacement product free of any shipping charges. In such cases, it is important to notify us within two (2) days of receiving your order.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we will manually process and issue a refund for the appropriate amount related to the returned items. Please note that we take chargebacks seriously, and this may result in the customer being added to our no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the returned items have been received.

IF YOUR SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED
Notify the delivery person immediately and ask them to note the extent of visible and potential concealed damage on the freight bill before signing. If you have already signed, contact the delivery company as soon as possible to report the damage, request an inspection, and file a damage claim.
Be sure to keep all original packaging materials, as they are required until your claim is resolved or for returning your order. All shipping-related damage claims must be filed with the transport company, as cimilubeauty.site is not responsible for damages incurred during transit.
Damage claims not related to shipping will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of our Claims Department. All products are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping, and inspection stamps are applied for verification.
If a product is defective, notify cimilubeauty.site within 24 hours and retain all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Failure to retain all original items may result in delays or rejection of your claim.
