Many factors affect the delivery time frame of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by, but not limited to, weather conditions, UPS or USPS issues, or extended manufacturer backorders. We reserve the right to delay a package if we cannot verify correct shipping, billing, or other required information. If your package is significantly delayed, you will be contacted. Packages are picked up daily by UPS/USPS Monday–Friday (except holidays).
All orders require a signature from UPS with no exceptions. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If you do not sign for the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, we cannot reship the order, and it will be canceled and refunded.
If the shipping address includes an apartment, unit, or business, you must provide both the unit number and the building or business name. This helps avoid delays or misdelivery. If you have questions about tracking or delivery, please contact UPS or USPS directly using the tracking number provided. Once the order leaves our store, we no longer control shipping or delivery.
Orders cannot be shipped to San Antonio, TX and are available for in-store pickup only. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
C.O.D. orders are not available on http://cimilubeauty.site/.
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to postal regulations, we cannot ship liquids or sprays to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Please unpack your shipment carefully. Most missing item claims occur when items are left in packaging or discarded with packing materials. All products are tested and inspected before shipping, and inspection details are marked.
If you did not receive your item because you were unavailable or refused delivery, UPS will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us. USPS will notify you for pickup or delivery attempts and will return the package if unsuccessful.
For in-store pickup, you must collect your order during business hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Orders will be held for three days only. Unclaimed orders will be canceled and refunded. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

If you receive a damaged or missing item, contact us immediately at +1 970 964 9004. We will send a replacement product free of shipping charges. Issues must be reported within two days of delivery.
If a refund is necessary, it will be processed manually after the returned items are received. Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in the customer being added to a no-sell list.

If your shipment is damaged, notify the delivery person immediately and have them note the damage before signing. If already signed, contact the delivery company to file a claim and request inspection. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. All shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier, as http://cimilubeauty.site/ is not responsible for damage during transit.
For non-shipping damage claims, cases will be reviewed by our claims department. If a product is defective, notify us within 24 hours and retain all packaging and materials. Failure to do so may result in delays or claim rejection.
Once your package is handed over to UPS or USPS, CIMILU BEAUTY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us and file a claim with the carrier.
